My husband got his PR in 2019 and now I want to apply for a student permit for 1 year certificate program in Digital Marketing. What are the chances that I would get the student permit? What should I be aware of before applying?

About me: I have 5 years of experience and I completed my MBA from an IIM in 2020.

You've been inquiring about a trv as well, did you apply?

The issue you will have: the presumption will be that you intend to stay. If that's the case, just apply to be sponsored as spouse.

I didn't apply for TRV because people said it will be rejected because of the same presumption. I understand, there will be some questions in this case as well, but I just want to understand what are my chances to get a study permit.

You should ask in the temporary resident/student section here. I would say your chances are only slightly better than applying for TRV.

Again, if you want to move to Canada - have your spouse sponsor you.
