Hi everyone,

I submitted my PR application and received my AOR on October 30. I left my job in March 2024, but I recently found out that the HR representative who issued my experience letter has left the company. Now, the email address listed on the experience letter is no longer active, although the company's contact number is still working.

Has anyone faced a similar situation? The phone number is still valid and is the company’s main contact.

If they cannot get a hold of the person by email they will try the phone number. It doesn't need to be the person who hired you, they can confirm information with anyone in HR

If they answer the call then they definitely confirm my details but I worried that my hr mentioned her extension as well to reach out to them directly if they use that I don’t think they will respond immediately.

Assume the ext went the the next hr manager.
