Me and my girlfriend been dating for two years, however because of her disability (epilepsy) and single parents, we can not live together, but we been keeping real close connections (like I go to see her almost every day after work, even bring her come to live with me during the weekend). My open work visa will expire within 9 months, is there anyway for her to sponsor me for PR. (One more thing I want to add, is that she is an indigenous person. Don't if that gonna help)

The short answer is no. There is no way for her to sponsor you at this time.
You must either be married or common law in order for her to be able to sponsor you for PR. To be common law, you must have lived together for at least one year continuously.
Unless you meet the definition of common law (lived together continuously for 12 months) or are married, she won’t qualify to sponsor you. They will also consider her ability to support you without social assistance if she manages to sponsor you.

- If you have submitted an Express Entry profile, have received ITA (been selected out of the pool) and have submitted your complete application.
- If you have received a Provincial Nomination
Other option would be to get married to your girlfriend so that she can submit an inland application to sponsor you and include an open work permit with the application.
