Is this GCMS notes dated after the MR or before your MR? I am guessing is that your notes are outdated by the MR as MR generally means Eligibility is passed.

No this notes is after i received medicals. Thats what i am concerned. Still my eligibilty say In PRogress.

As the data in the gcms notes is generally 30 days older than the date gcms is issued, please check the date eligibility status was updated wrt your MR date. Is this date before the MR date?
All seems well in your case, getting MR is a positive milestone towards PPR if your medicals are acceptable.
