i have a friend who wants to seek refugee in canada at USA- Canadian Border . last year she attempted to enter Canada as a tourist , but an ordinary visa was refused . will this refusal affect her refugee claimant ? i mean will the officer at the border think her request isnt genuine since once she tried to enter the country as a tourist to visit her mother in canada ?
If she has a family member living in Canada, then she can claim asylum at land border.
However chances of that claim being successful are impossible to say without knowing any details of her specific refugee claim.
she is claimaning domestic violence
she is claimaning domestic violence
That's not really grounds for a refugee claim. Most likely scenario is she'll be denied and deported back to USA or her home country.
but she really fears for her life . the guys has been persecuting her, she already went to the police to get him a restraining order , but nothing changed, reason she wants to flee the country
or a conventional refugee is just someone fearing persecution for political reasons ??

Pretty much. Domestic violence as the sole reason for asylum, will probably end in a refusal.
She should seek a consultation with an immigration lawyer if she wanted a 2nd opinion.
Are you in Angola? How would you get into the US? Your asylum claim would most likely be refuxed because you could relocate within your own country.
