she is going to apply...but her spouse have 2 adult kids - over 22 in his home country, and 2 minor kids in US. He has no custody, no vistiation rights, just paying child support in US. US kids has no his name, and he is not on their birth certificate, should they even list them?, they have no contact to mother of his kids and no contact to any of kids. What they should do????

And not only that, he cant sponsor them in future (if his current situation with children change) if he doesn't list them.

"You must list all family members in your application for permanent residence, whether they are accompanying you to Canada or not. You must also provide details on family members whose location is unknown (including those missing or presumed dead). If you don‘t, you will not be able to sponsor family members at a later date if they are not listed on your application"
