Study Permit Refused because of family ties in Canada and my country and Financial status . actually i have my sister in Canada and she is a student .
what should i change for my next apply ? and how can i recorrect this motif of FAMILY TIES IN CANADA ? thanks a lot .

It means that IRCC doesn't believe you will leave Canada based on your information you provided about your family ties
