I met my now, fiancée, during her stay in Canada. She is from South Korea and I am Canadian. I recently travelled to Korea to receive the blessings and permission from her parents to marry.
Now, we want to sign the marriage certificates when she comes to visit my family again later this year. The wedding will be after we have registered.
My question is, what documentations would she need to provide, from Korea, to be able to register in Canada?
As for sponsorships, sonce she will have to return to Korea, what forms will I have to apply for. I've searched around on canada.ca for more information but it's quite confusing as to the process.
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
You need to check the marriage requirements based on the province you're getting married. i.e. in Ontario: https://www.ontario.ca/government/getting-married

Here's the OUTLAND application package for you to sponsor her for PR: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp
You can ask questions also in the Korea-specific thread: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/sponsoring-my-korean-wife-for-permanent-residency-t137874.2430.html
To clarify, I reside in Alberta. I have browse around the alberta.ca but it doesn't say anything about requirements for foreigners marrying in Canada. I assume we would just need an ID?

Looks like it, assuming she's over 18. See http://www.servicealberta.gov.ab.ca/1149.cfm.
Her passport would work as ID. Take a look at http://www.servicealberta.gov.ab.ca/2135.cfm for details on the ID requirements.
One other thing ... even if she applies Outland, you do know she could stay and visit (Korean obligations permitting) during the application process, right?
