My employer suspend or even close her business, but my work permit and PR is under processing

Hello all,

I have already got the BC PNP Nomination Letter and now applying the working visa
and PR (paper-based) for me and my family member.

However, due to the fire accident and COVID-19, my employer is currently suspend her business
and probably not be resumed in the whole year of 2019.

In this case, I would like to ask :

1. Will IRCC hold my application of work permit and PR if they knew the business of my employer is being suspended or closed?

2. If my and my family's PR are issued before the employer resume her business, do I still need to work for her if they resume her business ?
Or I could find another job without the risk of my PR being revoked by IRCC ?

3. If my and my family's PR are issued and my employer decided to close her business, will my PR be revoked by IRCC ?

In the nutshell, I would like to know will I bear the risk of my PR revoked by IRCC if I never work for my employer who guarantee my application
because her business is suspended or closed ?
