My elder brother doesn't have a last name. What should I enter in the last name under family details section?

Hi all,

My elder brother does not have a last name. On this website (https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=014&top=4) it says, to enter all your given name(s) in the surname field and leave the given name field blank. However, the PR application form wouldn't let me leave the first name / given name empty as both (FN, LN) fields are mandatory. How do I handle this issue?
