Just created my EE profile intending to apply via FSWP.
According to the FSWP Points calculator, Here is my score out of 100:
Language: 20/28
Education: 21/25 - ECA approved Degree
Experience: 15/15 -
Age: 12/12 - 18-35
Arranged Employment: 10/10 - I am in Canada in a job that is exempt from the LMIA
Adaptability: 10/10 - Your past work in Canada
Total: 88
Still on my EE profile, It says Federal Skilled Worker: Not Met. The only requirement I am meeting right now is the Canadian Experience Class.
I have also shown $17000 as available funds for 2 family members (myself and my spouse)

1) Are you sure you want to meet FSW eligibility? Most people prefer to be invited under CEC because it can be quicker and you don't need to provide POF.
2) Previously, when you met both programs' eligibility (CEC and FSW), CIC would automatically send you an invitation under FSW. So many people tried to deliberately make themselves ineligible under FSW (usually by removing any funds from their profile). CIC indicated at some point that they would reverse this such that everyone would now receive a CEC ITA as the default. I am not sure if this has happened though.
3) If you still want to find out about FSW eligibility, you can post in this thread and fill in the questionnaire:
