my ecas status show "Decision Made" AFTER CLICK ON IT FOLLOWING MESSAGE SHOW:
Medical results has been received.
"A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."
I don't see Toronto address as of now. Is it a positive or negative?? Please senior let me know.

its 100% positive you will get your visa stamped with in 45 days..if you have sent passports, if not they will ask you for your PP.
