when i was in Canada in Asylum,i born a girl
my daughther Martina is 18 years old and canadian citizen by birth she canadian passport
when i born her in Ottawa in the hospital they gave me one paper to sing for child benefit
it was writen if i want to get 200 canadian $ per month or she can get the whole money by 18 years old
i choosed that she will collect the whole money when she will rich 18 years old
do you think it is posible to get this money as left Canada also my daughther left with me to Israel

She only qualifies for CCTB if she's been physically living in Canada. How long have the two of you been outside of Canada?
we left Canada in the same year she was born in 1999

You need to be physically living in Canada to qualify for the benefit. So unfortunately there is no money available for your daughter.
If your daughter had left Canada more than 180 days a year, she would not qualify for child benefit. You can call cra to verify it.

They've been gone since 1999 and haven't visited Canada. So there's no money.
