You can't take deferral letter on your own CHC will ask you to do so....

Bro u should immediately contact to ur colg or university for defreal request.
If u will not inform ur colg before the 10th day from ur class start.
U will not be able to refund ur fee.
So contact as u as possible

Have you applied to LSBF? if so i remember they had a line regarding deferral in the acceptance letter. Also fees is refundable in a case of VISA rejection by the CHC!
guys who applied for march intake still waiting yet no responce so you should contact CHC about your case
