my cic account not updated

hi,
is anyone here experienced that after you have submitted your (ex. biometric) the cic is not updated? because i have red in some threads that after their biometrics it shows on their account that it was cleared/confirm, the next day. mine was already 10days ago now but still the last update was the instruction letter, does it mean they still not received my biometrics? even though the vfs said they already transmit it to cic? how is that possible i am worried because maybe my alloted 30day for biometrics will be finished & still they did not received it. pls. advise.

I read somewhere that it's a bug. You can all cic helpline or raise CSE to get confirmation

i saw the cse, but it says there that they will just response to the query if the span of waiting period was due.
