My chances of Visa

Last time applied under SPP and got rejection
Profile :
Applied for Chemical lab. Technology - Fast track
10th - 84%
12 - 65%
B.pharmacy - 64%
IELTS : 6.5 and above 6 in all
LOAN : 15 lakh against property
Rejection : purpose of visit:that you will not leave canada in the end ....and course mis match

this time :
Loan - 12 lakh against property : 1 year fee paid with 6 lakh dispersed from bank
Applied for Biotechnology technology : Industrial microbiology

what are my chances of Visa?? i still don't understand that why i was rejected the same time
