My CELPIP Test score is good enough for NOC 2174, skill Level A?

I am applying for Canadian Experience Class, and I just got my CELPIP test score :
My CELPIP scores are:

Reading - 5L ( equivalent CLB 9)
Writing - 3H ( equivalent CLB 6)
Listening - 4H ( equivalent CLB 8 )
Speaking - 4L ( equivalent CLB 7)

I'm not sure it's good enough for my Canadian Experience Class, My occupation is programmer, NOC 2174 (I think), skill level A
I am wondering if anyone know, please let me know if this language score is good enough ? I am really appreciated.

Sorry, I think you need CLB 7 in each of the test for NOC A

Writing - 3H ( equivalent CLB 6)
