my CAIPS just arrived. Seniors and experts please give me your advice

i was rejected with others reason for jan 15 intake, i applied for caips and it just dropped in my e-mail, i need your valuable suggestions to make my file strong this time. I am going to apply again for sept intake.
My profile was: 10 : 58%
12 : 74% (78 in english )
Graduate in BCA with 64%
one year work as computer operator
one year Training in IT company in Networking and Web designing.
now currently working as Network Engineer in IT company.*(indian company not MNC)

In Caips they said low scores in areas of study,no logical progression of course given courses done in past. Low english scores in previous studies. Proposed program is not reasonable in light of past studies.

previously i applied for FAst track course in networking for 2 years in centennial college(which is college diploma(written on caips))
now i am applying for ISM internet security management in fanshawe college london.
need ur replies asap..
i already paid gic fee medicals..
now have to lodge my file

what is ur specific question? u question is very open ended very difficult to answer
u got ur caips notes work on them choose the right course. get ur documents right. have proper finances etc

was Networking and Web designing not part of your BCA course?

When you got training in IT company in Networking and web designing was it full-time paid job or you enrolled in training program? ?

what was your role and work for computer operator after BCA?

I think this reason for visa officer think no logical progression for courses studied by you

what does it say regarding "college diploma" in you caips?

can you please copy-paste wha tit says here, it will help people 10x know the real reason, also if possible post links to your past visa course and the next visa course in your OP.
