I live in Libya and we don't have any visa offices in there.

I got an appointment to submit my biometrics but couldn't make it on time.

Now it is expired and I really need a new one! My school starts on 5th of January... I couldn't find any way to contact CIC so they can send me a new appointment.. I could lose my scholarship if I couldn't make it on time!!
