Hi,
my baby passport not issued till today, I was waiting for more than one month now but no news from the Authorities in my country,and I need to includ her in my file ,
can I send the requested documents ( for new baby born ) without the passport copy,and can they send my MR for her by this,
the problem is I did the Midecal test but still my chiled didnt have MR,

any Advice please
