I am an egyptian pharmacist, my aunt (my mother sister) and her husband and her 5 kids, are canadian citizins and live in canada for about 15 years.
I would ask you if she send me an invitation as a visitor, how can i get a work permit to stay and love and work in canada?

No - you won't be able to get a work permit this way.
To get a work permit you must first find an employer in Canada who is willing to give you a full time job. That employer must then advertise the job for a month to prove that no Canadian could be hired for the job. If no Canadian can be found, the employer must then submit a Labour Market Opinion application to request permission to hire a foreign worker. The processing time for the LMO application is usually around 2 months. If the LMO is approved (not all are) you can then apply for a work permit.
Yes - your aunt can certainly send you an invitation letter. If you are approved for a TRV and come to Canada for a visit, then you can look for a job while you are here.
Visitors are allowed into Canada for up to six months. How long each visitor is allowed to visit is determined by the immigration officer you speak with when you enter Canada.
