I have created an affidavit form and got it attested from pakistan embassy. However, I just noticed that i wrote one of the name for the list as follows:

1. Mohammad (Name as mentioned on Pakistan Civil ID, Passport as well as IELTS, 10th and 12th grade certificates)

I just realized that Pakistan doesn't use the name Civil ID. They use National ID instead. But for my student visa process, I noticed that they don't ask about my Pakistan ID, they ask for passport thats it. Should I get it renewed again or it is okay if I keep it this way?
