Unfortunately, my IRCC account has been hacked, and the hacker has changed all the information including the security questions and even left his mobile number to receive two-factor authentication password.
I tried to create a new account and link the old account, unfortunately, the hacker made me have problems while answering the questions in order to link the account and I could not complete the process.
