For this year some countries on the list have a requirement: "Must be a resident of your home country at the time of application". My country of Croatia is one of those countries.

My previous IEC visa expired 4 months ago so I am currently working under LMIA that got approved for only 6 months. The LMIA is expiring in 2 months so I need to get a new IEC visa.

What are your thoughts on the above? Should we apply from Canada, or should we go home for a week, apply from there and return to Canada?

Please help guys as I am out of ideas on what to do anymore.
