Multiple "Student Acknowledgement Letter" emails

I applied for student Visa online on June 29th and since then I received 3 acknowledgment emails from Delhi embassy. One each on July 13th , 19th and 20th. Is there anyone else who received multiple mails like that & will this effect processing time of general application

At what time did you receive the letters, and has your medical been updated? What's the status of your application?

Timing of mails is 7:30 - 11:00 IST.
Medical is not required. Status of application is submitted and yet to start review

It won't affect the processing time, the actual processing time will still stick and the actual date of your submission registered. Those multiple emails might be as a result of a glitch.

Have you gotten a medical request???
