Multiple express entry profiles ?

- My wife and I plan to apply for a Canadian PR through the Express Entry program, since my spouse is younger than I am we might end up having more points, if she is to be the primary applicant.
- Is there any way to determine how many points we can bag by switching the primary applicant ?
OR
do we have to create two separate profiles, one with me as the primary applicant and another with my wife as the primary applicant ?
Does creating two profiles mean spending more money ?

Any suggestions/advice/help is appreciated.

No need to make 2 profiles, one can be the dependent.
