I am working in Montreal and want to apply for CSQ, I don't have a Validated Job offer, but there is a chance that i get a validated job offer in a couple of months. So should I wait another couple of months or should I apply right now without an offer, I would ideally like to apply now since there is no guarantee that I will get a validated job. But lets say I apply now, can I submit a Validated Job offer later ? or can I submit a second application while my first application is still under process?
