Is there a faster way to apply and receive Multi Entry Visa? Right now it takes up to 75 days if applied by post (mail). I was told that there is an on-line application for multi entry visa application that takes only 15 days. If someone knows howw to apply online for multi Entry Visa, please help. Thanks.

The only way to apply online is through the link provided above. It is up to the visa officer if you are issued a single or multiple entry visa.

You cannot change a single entry visa to a multiple entry visa. You have to apply for a brand new visa if you want to try to get a multiple entry.
