Hi, Applying yourself is better than paying to a consultant. I did myself and did not face any problem. Some doubts during the preparation got cleared by this forum members. It was in 2007.

Many people on this forum have filed their application by themselves...and have been successful.
Go through the websites as suggested and as and when you get stuck on a question....ask here....somebody will help you out.

Just remember the Cap has been set at 500...so monitor the website for current statistics. You do not want to delay much to miss the Cap.
