Will new immigrants of British Columbia not eligible for any premium assistance when first landed, and can only apply for any assistance until the first tax return is filed and can show adjusted net income?
When there's no previous tax return, will premiums for new immigrants be the maximum?
It is all there on the net..just spend a bit of time researching.

They will be required to pay full premiums. A person must be residing in BC for at least a year before they qualify for Premium Assistance.
