MPNP Skilled Workers Overseas

Under MPNP, since last couple of months, the draw is for only skilled workers overseas who were invited directly by the MPNP under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative. When the normal draw will happen like as was in July, August? Please reply if anyone knows.

I read on manitoba site this week that the Strategic Stuff is now Close but EOI for the normal Oversea skilled worker programme is still open.

Guess you are wrong. January draw was Strategic Initiative.
