I completed my study in Montreal then moved to Surrey and worked there for Organizations like Tim Hortons. Due to a lack of points for my BCPNP, I moved to Winnipeg and worked here. Next month I will complete my 1-year experience in Winnipeg and will be eligible for MPNP Skilled Worker in Manitoba PNP. However, I want to change my job for better growth and some personal reasons. My question is that can I apply for MPNP after getting an offer letter from a new full-time job or do I need to stay with my current job? Thanks in advance.

Don’t you need to be with your employer for at least 6 months for the job offer to be valid? If you read the requirements, is that not what it says.
