MPNP - question about NOC and Education points

Hello Everyone,

can someone please clear some doubts about MPNP for my brother in law.

My father in law has a business which is "manufacturing, supplying and exporting of Automobile Parts and Tractor Parts Components". Applicant works there and takes monthly salary from his dad for more than 5 years.

As per the point grid here

1. Factor 1: Language Proficiency - 22 per band = 4*22 = 88 (6 band each)
   
2. Factor 2: Age - = 75

4. Factor 4: Education - program of three years = 110 (Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA))
   
5. Factor 5: Adaptability - Close relative in Manitoba = 200 (his brother in laws is in winnipeg)

Total = 548

First question - does BBA has any recognition in Manitoba?

Second question - what NOC code he can use to get the work experience?

Does this point calculate even make sense - is he ineligible?
