mpnp or sinp which one is good for pnp?

Please need help about mpnp or sinp which one is good for pnp?

I mean where application will be accepted easily in sinp or mpnp?

For international student where I have to go for study manitoba or saskatchewan?

i go for mpnp . As a international student you just need a 2 semester diploma o certificate ( 8 months ) to have the right to apply for pr . In saska you need the diploma and a job offer .

Don't think AB processing time can go up to 25 months which is ridiculous. Im stuck here just because of PnP. BC u can go but I'm not sure how reliable are their processing times.
