Mpnp or caregiver pilot ?
I hope you are doing good .I have few more questions.
I already applied for Home support worker pilot (gaining experience) on April 2023- uploaded my 12 months experience by webform .I got my AOR on July 31,2023.
My PGWP will expire on April 2024 .so I need to extend my work permit
I am in Manitoba my PNP score will be 606 by September 13. (Noc44101)
Should I take LMIA from my agency ? How much will be the success rate.my employer is Willing to give me LMIA.
My private employer also agree to help me with LMIA .
Which option will be best for me.taking LMIA from agency (caregiver - low wages) or private employer (in home caregiver).
