I recently got my PR (FSW) , i am willing to move to manitoba at the earliest to have my sibling immigrate on the MPNP (sponsor) based program. I needed to ask whether

--since MPNP requires the sponsor to stay in manitoba for an year , i needed to ask whether I can stay outside of manitoba for 2-3months (on vacation or visit back home) ; would that be counted as time taken Off? would i need to stay longer in manitoba once i get back to manitoba?

--Can i invite my sibling on visit visa to canada after having MPNP Approval , so taht he has file his express entry profile during his visit visa in place.
