Can somebody help me and explain me how MPNP works...I read details but still I am confused... I live in ONTARIO if I move to Manitoba and live there for 1 year will I be able to support my sister in her immigration who is not in Canada .... apart of this what else she should do to get immigrate to Manitoba... what professions are in demand... apart of english language and age what things do they consider... does she suppose to have job offer mandatory fron Manitoba...

Yes if you live there for one year you should be able to sponsor her . If they don't change rules , your sister doesn't need any job offer, only if she gets the required points it will be fine. She must have IELTS score and at least one year job experience.
