MPNP Family sponsorship or Economic category status

Hi,
I am an MPNP candidate (Skilled Worker) paper-based since October 2019. I got 20 points due to family relationship in Manitoba.
I have two questions.

1- Do I come under Family sponsorship—> other relatives or under Economic category because in my GCMS notes they have written “Economic Case”

2- Can I go for upfront medical?

I had already done biometric and also received Pre-arrival back in Feb 2020.
