Hi, I qualify under the MPNP for the Employer Direct scheme. I have most of the paperwork together, but I am having trouble getting letter of reference for my employers for the last 10 years. I have a few, however. I have heard that it's not completely necessary to have all of them. Is this true? What are people's experiences with this? Thanks.
