MPNP - confirmed support of a close friend or relative who has resided in Manitoba

Hi everyone,

Kindly guide me, how to justify or prove the confirmed support of a close friend or relative who has resided in Manitoba.
is there is any particular form or format.

You need to submit proof of relationship between the applicant and sponsor showing their birth certs. and parents' birth certs., or copy of passport having parents name etc. and you needs to show copies of PR Card and Health Card. Hope that helps.
