Hi everyone,


I sponsored my brother under MPNP and he got the nomination from Manitoba and he subsequently applied to federal immigration at Sydney, Nova Scotia at the End of July. 2012.

I have noticed on my Visa account that the application fee has been charged on Mid September. But, my brother is still waiting for the file #. Does anyone know how long does it take to get the file #?
