MP INQUIRY ..... New delhi .. Spousal Visa

New Delhi Visa office had asked me to submit my divorce petition and decree. Which i think put my file behind .

Its been almost 3 months no response or activity shown on my file.

I had applied for my case in Jul 2014 and AOR received in Sep 2014.

I am thinking of applying MP Inquiry , wondering if this would the right move ?

I don't see what an MP can do. Your processing times are still completely normal (i.e. you haven't exceeded the processing times posted on the CIC web site). It's also perfectly normal not to hear anything for a number of months after additional paperwork is submitted. Also, if you failed to submit all of your divorce paperwork with your original application, then it's reasonable to expect your processing will take longer since CIC had to request this information from you.

If you want to know what's going on, order your GCMS notes. Again, I don't see why an MP would get involved at this point. There is nothing unusual or delayed about the processing of your file.
