Moving to Vancouver Links

Hi there,
This forum was recommended to me by a friend of mine, who got all his info about his move to Canada from all the kind and helpful people here. I am hoping for the same.

Can anyone direct me to the links or explain the process as to how I can move, preferably to Vancouver BC? My friend told me I have to sign up at BC PNP first, along with CIC. Any other suggestions would be highly appreciated.

How many points do you have through Express Entry? You need around 460 points to be selected from the pool for PR.

I have 390 points. Does that mean I cannot apply for the BC Provincial Program as well?

You'll need to research the BC PNP requirements. It might be possible or it might not.
