Moving to Quebec for job after landing in another province

Hello,
can a candidat move to Quebec for the job after landing in another province (British Columbia)? Eg: candidate lands in Vancouver in BC and completes the landing formalities, and after few days get a job offer from a company in Quebec.

It only matters whether you have used provincial sponsorship program. There are duties related to it if true.

The application was filed under FSW-O program and not under provincial nomination.

Then once the landing duties are due, and you have a strong reason to move because of the job offer, I dont see any problem with that. Also, make sure you double check the requirements for FSW-O in your case.
