Currently, I am in Toronto and waiting for my Hearing date to be rescheduled. I have got my work permit & also obtained my driving license in Ontario.I just want to move in Montreal because my cousin lives there.
What steps should be taken once I move. Do I need to inform IRB prior to travel ? OR first I move then I inform them. What about Legal Aid?

Yes, I did and then I decided to stay in Toronto. But now moving to Montreal. Just needed to know that what steps to be taken regarding transfering my diles, workpermit etc
Your laywer need to submit an official request to shift your IRB location from Toronto to Montreal(I had to do it too).you may move there once they approved your request.
If you are expecting to get an earlier date in Montreal/the accepting rate is higher in Montreal then I would say it's a wrong idea !
