Hi, I'm graduating from a college in Alberta with a diploma in June 2016. I was wondering, if anybody knows if it would be ok to apply for a postgraduation work permit but move to another province in Canada after I graduate and keep going from there? I'm also planning to apply for PR after that, in the Provincial nominee category. And I'm thinking about moving to BC. Thanks
Ah ok, thanks for the quick reply. Do you know if it would matter how long I would have stayed in the new province? For instance, I'd graduate in June and move right after that to BC with the PGWP, and apply for the Provincial nominee program (as international graduate), also in BC, right after the move. Do you think that would work? Thanks.
Each province has different rules with regards to their provincial nominee programs. As long as you meet the requirement of the province when you apply - you will be fine.
