my friend and his family are from aleppo, syria. they are looking to move to Canada due the threats and war they are through
I already filled out all the papers needed including the refugee. what should I do next? I would be thankful if you can help

they have not applied for anything yet. the only thing I did Is I filled out all their application and forms needed
I need your advise of where should I submit them to. and are there any opening for syrian refugees at the moment

It sounds like they are still in Syria. If so, you need to determine if they qualify under any program and then apply following the rules for that specific program

If they are outside of Syria, they should start by getting in contact with their local UNHCR office.
