Hello everyone.
Urgently need some experts advise. It will be a great help if u guys help me to solve this issue. Here is the case bellow...
One of my friend went to usa with his husband as a green card holder 2 years ago. They have a child of 12 years old who also has the green card status. But unfortunately she is getting separation from her husband & going to have divorce. Now she wants to move toronto with her child & want to have a fresh starting.
Question is how she can do it?
To answer this question u should count these following factors:
1. She & her child both have Bangladeshi passport & green card status in USA.
2. She is not that much educated i mean only Secondary School pass & not good in English too. ( thats why m writing on behalf of her)
3. She can arrange $50k USD.
4. M her close friend & m a canadian pr(landed 6 months ago).
Pls advise me what to do? Is there any way that she can move to toronto with her child & continue her life her?
She would have to qualify for PR. study or get a work permit. All seem unlikely given her level of education unfortunately. If she can keep her green card her best option I to stay in the US.

Thanks a lot for answering.
She has some good friends over here. Thats why she is asking to move here. On the other hand she is not qualified so she is finding hard times to get settele over there alone. Just give us any possible way so that we can even try for her.

She has no realistic options for immigrating to Canada at this time. If she wants to have the option of immigrating to Canada in the future, recommend she focus on improving her English language skills substantially and also complete additional schooling.
If she's is really struggling in the US - then I would recommend she return to Bangladesh.
