Hello,

My wife is moving to Canada on PR by giving up H1B in USA. Does she have to surrender anything on H1B ?

Hi Prathik,
Why would your wife need to give up her H1B? If she has an approved I-140, then you can keep your priority date, move to Canada, and come back close to when your priority date becomes current.
