Hi there!
My boyfriend will be sponsoring me through common law, we currently live in Ontario but we're thinking about moving to Alberta to get better jobs.
I'm concerned moving might affect the application, we're planning to apply in November but I don't know if we should move first and apply from Alberta or if we can apply from Ontario and move to Alberta a few months later.
Anyone has done this before?
I'll be thankful for any advice
As far as I know, it only is an issue if it involves moving to Quebec!

You can apply and then move. Just update your address.
Would also really investigate whether you will get better jobs in Alberta or consider other cities or provinces.
